We arrived in San Francisco on sunday, very beautiful day out there.
A little broken after a 6 hours flight. But ready for another crazy and great week!

Monday morning , meeting with Edward Lambert from BridgeBank in Palo Alto and Ella van Gool from DLA Piper. Very interesting meeting, we got some great insights in how the funding process works in the US / Sillicon Valley. New meeting planned with DLA to meet the lawyers there, and an intro to Peter from NBSO/EVD in Sillicon Valley.....

Meeting Agency.com later, took the long walking way there, what a hike!! Up the hill also...
We showed it and were out in 10min. No time to waste...
Meeting Sherrie Perkovich for drinks and food. Great restaurant and some interesting intro's to start the partnerships and deals in SF.

Tuesday, tried to find a meetup in Palo Alto, couldn't find it. Will do the next one the day after.
A quick go the Ad Tech conference, out in 10min again, way to crowded....

Up for the next one, meeting Mark Anders at Adobe. Nice long talk about all kind of stuff, very interesting.
Next drinks with Aydin Senkut. He's such a good fellow. Intro'd us to Microsoft later the week.

Meeting Shelly Palmer. Great guy, he will look into some opp. for us and offered help in many ways... so cool!
Meeting Scott from Mochilla, great startup, we like to collaborate with them on some stuff.

Up to DLA again in Palo Alto, talks with the Lawyer and Ella again. Follow up is the meetup in the DLA building as well. Inbetween we met with the guys from Warpshare. Great concept. Try to work out a collaboration project.

Back in the US in June.... probably an even more exciting trip.... is that possible!??

Meeting with David Blumenstein first, amazing meeting, he helped us dealing with a swoot consumer issue, ot of the blue he just gave the perfect idea we were struggling with for a while.
After that up to the Hotel, all the way down to Long Island. It was hot and we had to walk half an hour before we finally found the hotel.....!

At 6.30 we met Brett Petersell, Christopher Prince Boucher , Oz Sultan and the guys from Kickapps for drinks at the Australian mid 30's bar.

Friday, up early, first off to meeting Terence Dover from TXT tunes at the Soho Grand Hotel, as always the perfect spot to meet. Than off to Halo Ventures and Spongecell In Tribeca.
After a quick visit we had to go to Cooley on Ave of the Americas. What a crazy building, and great people.
Supposed to meet Shelly Palmer, but got set to next week in SF instead!
After that meeting with Bad Boy Records, figuring out what concept to build together. And finally after a long and succesfull day beers with Jeffrey Neu , a very cool tech oriented lawyer....

Boston 1st day

We had our first day on the AlwaysOn summit in Boston, in the four seasons Hotel.
We followed a couple of the panel presentations. The Financial satback in the US is really an issue..

We did our presentation yesterday afternoon. It went very well. 6 minutes is so short though!
But we made it.

After installing in our after-presentation booth we finally got to talk to a lot of VC's and financial guys. Very interesting. We got a lot of compliments on Swoot, they like it a lot. We made many new best friends....!!

And of course an afterparty again. With the bus to Boston South.

Talked to some very interesting people and other webconcepts to work with.
I will update later on the ones I found interesting.

I got to meet Mikhail from Halo Ventures again. very nice guy with an amazing network.
They invested in on of our co-presenters,> Spongecell!
interesting concept, even to work with for Swoot. See what happens, talking again today!
